These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DayPeeK mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, “DayPeeK” or “the App”), operated by or on behalf of DayPeeK (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using DayPeeK in any way — including accessing our curated content via third-party links or platforms — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using DayPeeK immediately.
1. Registration & Account Security
Some features may require you to register and create an account. By registering, you agree:
Your account is personal to you and may not be shared.
You will provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
You will maintain the confidentiality of your password and be responsible for all activities under your account.
You will notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Subscription & Payment
DayPeeK is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay applicable fees and taxes in accordance with the pricing displayed in the App Store or Google Play.
Authorize recurring payments until you cancel.
Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
All payments are handled by the app store platform. Please refer to their terms for billing and refund policies.
3. Content and Ownership
DayPeeK includes two types of content:
Our own material – This includes our app design, code, branding, and the text summaries, headlines, and captions we create. These are owned by DayPeeK and can only be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Third-party content – Many videos, memes, GIFs, and images in Daypeek come from public sources like Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or news sites. We don’t own this content — it belongs to the original creators or platforms. We share it through official links or embeds, and your use of it must follow the original platform’s terms.
You may view and share links from Daypeek using our share tools, but you can’t download, copy, scrape, or use our content (or the third-party content we link to) for commercial purposes, AI training, or anything else not allowed by the rights owner.
4. User Content
Daypeek does not allow users to post comments, upload files, or otherwise submit their own content within the app. All content you see is curated by Daypeek from our own materials or publicly available third-party sources.
If you contact us directly (for example, by email or social media) with feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use that feedback to improve Daypeek without any obligation to compensate you.
5. External Links
DayPeeK may include links to third-party content. We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. You access them at your own risk.
6. Disclaimers
DayPeeK content is curated for informational and entertainment purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or reputation.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for DayPeeK in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You can stop using Daypeek at any time by canceling your subscription through the app store where you signed up (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Deleting the app from your device will not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel it through your app store account settings to avoid future charges.
Your access to Daypeek will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.
We may suspend or end your access to Daypeek if you breach these Terms, fail to pay your subscription fee, or misuse the app.
9. Privacy
Your use of DayPeeK is also governed by our [Privacy Policy] which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use of DayPeeK means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by your local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
