Frequently Asked Questions
How does Daypeek select news, memes, and videos?
We track real engagement across every major platform: Google Trends, YouTube, X, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, 9Gag, and BoredPanda, each with its own view, like, and share thresholds within a set time window. Every story is then scored for relevance and newsworthiness with AI assistance, but a human editor always makes the final call before it reaches your digest.
Can I choose topics, niches, or the number of stories I see?
Not directly, at least not yet. Everyone gets the same curated top 3 stories, memes, and trends each day. Behind the scenes, Daypeek is learning from what you engage with, so your feed can grow more personalized over time.
Can I choose when the content updates?
Daypeek refreshes once a day at 5:00 PM New York time. All users receive the same update at the same time.
Can I view past content?
Yes. You can access the last 7 days of daily updates inside the app.
How much does Daypeek cost?
Daypeek is available for $7.9/month, billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime in your app store subscription settings.
Do you use my data for advertising or tracking?
No. We do not run targeted ads or sell your personal data. We only use basic analytics to improve the app and measure performance.
